Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges at the convenience of the customer are not possible.
Please note that Dinos' product warranty for one year from the date of shipment within Japan does not apply to international shipments. There are no product warranties.
Although we make every effort to manage and store our products in the best way possible, we offer repairs, replacements, and other remedies in the unlikely event that a product is delivered to you in a defective state. If you receive a defective product, use the form on our website to send us your message within 8 days of the product delivery.
Repairs or exchanges may not be available if production of the product or its parts has been terminated, if we no longer carry the product, etc.
We have received your request to return an items.
We will refund you for payment of the item(s), international shipping fees (including packing fees) specified by Dinos and the return shipment costs※.
An amount equal to the payment for the product plus the international shipping fees (including packing fees) specified by Dinos that you paid when making your purchase will be refunded to your credit card account.
The return shipment costs※ will be refunded to you by remittance.
There are two types of cases for refunding the return shipment costs:
Only the amount equal to the international shipping fees(including packing fees) specified by Dinos will be refunded from the return shipment costs.
⇒ The amount of 3,300 yen that is specified by Dinos as the international shipping fees(including packing fees) will be refunded.
Only the actual amount of the return shipment costs will be refunded.
⇒ The amount of 1,500 yen that is the actual return shipment cost will be refunded.
Please also note that we cannot provide repairs or exhanges if we determine that the damage or defect was due to the customer's misuse. In such a case, the product will be returned at the customer's expense.
The specification delivered with the product is demostic-oriented in Japan. The guide of exchanging and returning services at Dinos Online Shop (international shipping site) takes first priority.
Canceling Orders
Shipping procedures are started as soon as a product order is placed. Orders therefore cannot be cancelled.
